IT’S THIS EASY WHEN IT COMES TO T-SHIRTS: ALWAYS INCORPORATE COMMISSION IF YOU’RE MAKING MONEY FROM THEIR DESIGN. here, take a look at how a respectable company operates. i’m not saying that you should adopt their model, but i think it might behoove your staff to understand that the model they came up with is disrespectful, offensive, and, most specifically, wrought with enough sleaziness to make your offer flag-bait if it were posted on craigslist. oh lord
